122 was a rollfilm format introduced in 1910 that measured 3 1/4" x 5 1/2". This is pretty huge. Even the 120 film that most people see as pretty big today held less than 1/2 of the area of this film. It's basically like having large-format on a roll.
This is the entirety of the frame. Though the film is old, not fine grained and slightly worn, the scan still can resolve about ~60 megapixels of information on it*. Here's a roughly 10% crop, showing just the people.
Just from these clothes, I'm guessing this is 1920's-30's... of course, this is more of a random guess than anything else.
*megapixels is probably a bad way to measure this.
